    Return Material Authorization

    All hardware sent to our Texas facility requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures regulatory compliance and documentation as an FAA and EASA Part 145 repair station.

    The RMA process

    1. Request: Provide your part and serial numbers via the Repair Quote form.
    2. Authorization: We will issue an RMA number to be marked clearly on your package.
    3. Evaluation: Engineers perform a teardown and provide a quote within three days.
    4. Certification: We repair and issue an Authorized Release Certificate before shipping.

     

    Shipping requirements**
    **Please use original Enflite crates, if possible. Include the RMA confirmation and aircraft removal tag inside. Enflite is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
